What Timmay Saw 11/4/08
First and foremost I saw history with Barack Obama becoming the President of these United States

What I saw were 3 games that each had it's own special significance. I didnt actually get to SEE any of the games because I'm here at my dorm in UC Merced for the week, and dont go home to my NBAtv + West Coast package until Thursday. But tonight the Lopez Twins FINALLY played AGAINST each other. They were teammates in High School at San Joaquin Memorial (some guys here claim to have played against them), and even at Stanford where they appeared in the NCAA tournament. The Nets hosted the Suns, and the Lopez Brothers each got to play about 19 minutes each, and both scored 2 points each (some "battle"). At the end of the day, the Suns are far better than the Nets, and the Suns won 114-86. Raja Bell looked good with 22, and The Big Cactus aka The Shogun (My Fantasy Center til Greg Oden comes back) had 18 and 6.

What I saw was an old school Texas Showdown between Dallas And San Antonio (The other Texas team played. Read further for more on them). The show belonged to Dirk and The Jet as Dirk dropped 30 hitting both of his 3-point attempts and Mr. Terry almost matched him with 29. Timmy and Tony Parker did their thing with 19 and 22 respectively. The Mavs won convincingly 98-81. The absence of Manu is beginning to take its toll as the Spurs are 0-3 for the first time since the 70's. Step it up Spurs! Dallas is .500 splitting their first 4 games.

What I saw was Rajon Rondo about 4 inches away from making Yao Ming's wife VERY unhappy because she will never be able to nurse his children. LOL j/k. That was last year. But the teams did play today (in Houston), and it was the ultimate 3 on 3 game ever. But not Houston's regular Big 3. Yao Ming didnt look like himself with only 8. Luis Scola picked up the slack with 21 points. Tracy McGrady was spectacular with 26, and Ron Ron chipped in 15. It wasnt enough for the Original Big 3, as The Truth had 13, KG had 14 (Kendrick Perkins had 15, lol), and Ray Allen was on fiiiiire shooting 11/15 with 29 points. The Celtics edged the Roxx 103-99, giving the Rockets their first loss of the season, and snapping the 19-game win streak of Houston's with Yao Ming in the lineup. Both teams are 3-1.
